SHIPPING & RETURNS
All goods sold by guitar strings online comply with Australian consumer law requirements. We will accept returns on items that are dead on arrival or faulty. We do not accept returns or refund for change of mind, mistaken purchase, damage in transit or misuse of the goods. Our item descriptions should be comprehensive and accurate. If you are uncertain about an item's description or purpose, please contact us before buying. If you have an item with a warranty issue, please contact us with the details and we will do everything we can to resolve the problem. An return authority number is required for items returned under warranty . All returns must be in their original packaging and packed as they were sent to you. We will not accept returned goods with damaged packaging. Please note that postage and transit insurance costs for returned items are the responsibility of the buyer. In the instance of a warranty replacement or repair, we will pay for the cost of postage and handling back to you.
Delivery Time Disclaimer:
Please note that while we will send your item promptly, we have no control over the couriers, common carriers like Australia Post and the airlines that play a part in the delivery of the thousands of items that we send out . Weekends and Public Holidays can also slow delivery times as can deliveries to remote locations. If you require an item to be delivered on a particular day, contact us first to discuss your options and avoid disappointment. Delivery to most Australian destinations will take approximately 1-6 working days - remote areas will take longer.
